Go on a journey and discover Tuscany! San Gimignano is situated high on a hill (m.334), over the valleys of the Elsa. The medieval atmosphere of this beautiful city is noticeable on every street corner, building, square and tower. San Gimignano is also known as the 'city of the beautiful tower '. Of the original 72 towers there are still 14 towers left intact.

The holiday home was emerged in the second half of the 15th Century. At some time the people of the town decided to expand the second wall of city (built in 1260) to incorporate the church and the convent of the Holy Agostinus. These were very important to be protected by the Sangimigian community. Guests of the holiday apartments can visit the famous wine house and the farm of Cusona with previous booking which has become extremely famous for its wine - the Chianti. This traditional vineyard is located about 6 km from San Gimignano.
